Download theZepp Life(MiFit App) from your app store.
Create an account with Zepp Life App.
- launch the Zepp Life App and select Mi Smart Band 7 from the list of devices.
Turn on your Mi Smart Band 7 and press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds.
On the App, tap Pair Now.
Your Mi Smart Band 7 should be detected by the app.
Youre now ready to use your Mi Smart Band 7.
How to connect Mi Band 7 on iPhone

Download and install theZepp Life(MiFit app) from the App Store on your iPhone.
- bring up the Mi Fit app and follow the instructions to create a Mi account.
The app will then search for your Mi Band 7.
Once it is found, tap on Connect to pair the two devices.
You will be prompted to enter a passcode for the Mi Band 7.
Enter a four-digit passcode and tap OK to confirm.
The Mi Band 7 is now connected to your iPhone.
