How to bring up the Windows 7 Power Options ?

to make it change/play with your power configs/options for your Windows 7 desktop, bring up the following window.

You normally have 3 different plans, displayed in the right hand side of the screen.

( Balanced, Power saver, High performance).

you might hit Change plan parameters beside each plan to change further options.

This will open a window like the below image.

There youve the option of Change advanced power tweaks.

This will bring up the pop-up window shown below.

The difference between these 2 options are thepower savingsversus theLatency(Time to recover from the Sleep state).
