Having trouble with Skype?

I’ll start you out with the easiest and most likely solutions first.
Step 1: Reset Your Password
Reset your password if you might’t enter to Skype.
If you’d rather, you canmake a totally new Skype account.
There isn’t much you could do to fix it if it’s not your problem to fix.
Just wait an hour or so and retry.
Step 3: Check Your online grid Connection
confirm it’s not a online grid problem.
Skype won’t work if you don’t have a web link connection.

Just open any video there to see if it’s possible for you to hear it.
If there’s a playback error in Skype specifically (and not on YouTube, etc.)
Then, go toTools>Audio & Video configs.
You should see an image in that box if your webcam is properly set up.
If you’re on an Android gadget, launch theSettingsapp and then findApps.
TapSkypefrom the list, and then choosePermissions.
SelectCamerato review the permissions;Allow only while using the appis what needs to be selected.
Try tapping the small camera toggle button during the call to swap between the front-facing and back-facing camera.
Otherwise, continue with Step 7 below for some other options.
This is another way to test Skype video calls.
Replacing your mic would be a good idea at this point, assuming it’s an external mic.
If not, you’re free to always add one.
