Some apps might track your location all the time for advertising purposes.
Windows has a handy Privacy menu to disable location permission for unknown apps on your PC.
Step 2:SelectPrivacy & securityfrom the left sidebar.
Scroll toApp permissions> clickLocation.
Step 3:Check whichappshave permission to access your location.
Now,disable location permissionfor apps that seem unnecessary.
you could also see which apps have accessed your location in the last seven days.
Click onRecent activityfrom the same menu to view the apps name, date, and time for location access.
Step 2:Turn off theLocation servicestoggle.
Delete Location History on Windows
Step 1:Go toPrivacy & securityin Windows parameters and selectLocation.
Step 2:Scroll down and selectClearbesideLocation history, and you are good to go.
Once cleared, Windows will display a checkmark beside the Clear button.
Step 2:Scroll to theDefault locationand selectSet default.
Step 3:It will pop kick open the default Maps app on Windows.
Use thesearch barat the top-left corner to pin your precise location.
