Why Use Background Refresh?
Background Refresh works great if you use specific apps on a regular basis.
This feature is all about personalization.
To change that, stick to this:
On the iPad Home screen, tap theSettingsapp to open it.
Scroll down the left menu and chooseGeneral.
To turn off the Background App Refresh feature completely, toggle theBackground App Refreshswitch to theOffposition (white).
