So why is Starlink so beloved, even with those middling stats?
Its all about the alternatives.
Some of its customers (11%) have never had a home internet connection before Starlink.
The report comes at a time of rapid growth for Starlink.
It has also been able to manage bandwidth, even during peak hours.
There are probably also some low expectations at work here.
Its unlikely, for instance, that Starlink is actually better for gaming than a fiber connection.
One caveat: Customer service
The one area where Starlink didnt receive high scores is customer service.
Its not that its bad – more that its non-existent.

But theres no denying that Starlinks users are particularly enthusiastic about the satellite internet service.
