In a press release on Thursday, Samsung announced updates to Knox Manage, the company’s enterprise mobility management solution.

Knox Manage now has the capability to help IT administrators configure,track, and manage wearable deviceslike smartwatchesrunning the Wear OS 4.0 operating system.

The new security features allow IT administrators to use a “pair and detach enrollment process” to manage wearable devices, and it can be deployed in bulk.
The policies that can be configured through Knox Manage policies surrounding wearables likeOver-the-AIr updates, power and volume adjustments, connectivity parameters, app restrictions and management, mobile data management, and Wi-Fi configurations.
