Go toFile>Open & Export>Import/Export.
In Outlook 2007 and 2003, go toFile>Import and Export.
ChooseImport from another program or file, then selectNext.
SelectBrowseto find and opt for PST file that you want to import data from.
Outlook may check for a backup.pst file in the \Document\Outlook Files\folder.
SelectBrowseto change where it searches.
Choose one of the following:
ChooseNext.
opt for folder to import from (optional), whether toInclude subfolders,and where to import.
SelectFilterto filter certain emails to import.
Once you set the import parameters, selectFinish.
Go toFile>Account prefs>Account prefs.
In theAccount Settingsdialog box, go toData Files.
SelectAddto add another PST file to Outlook.
ChooseOutlook data file (.pst)and selectOK.
choose the location of the PST, choose the file name, then selectOK.
Highlight the PST file and selectSet as Defaultto make it the new default data file.
