Provide your audience with printed handouts of your PowerPoint presentation.
Before you print the handouts, save the file as aPDFso that the handouts appear exactly as you intended.
PowerPoint includes the date the files were saved in the upper right-hand corner of each page.

If you want a printout that doesn’t include the date, here’s how to produce it.
On theribbon, go toView.
In theMaster Viewsgroup, SelectHandout Master.
In thePlaceholderssection, clear theDatecheck box.
Then, print the PDF file and hand it out to your coworkers or other presentation watchers.
