It’s all about PowerPoint audio timing.
Applying the right timing setting to the audio file enables the sound and animation to play in sync.
Insert the sound fileonto the slide.
Select theAnimationstab of theribbon.
Towards the right side of the ribbon, in theAdvanced Animationsection, selectAnimation Pane.
The Animation Pane opens on the right side of the screen.
In theAnimation Pane, go for the drop-down arrow beside the sound file and chooseTiming.
The Play Audio dialog box opens.
Select theTimingtab of the dialog box and chooseTriggers.
SelectAnimate as part of click sequenceand selectOK.
Test theslideshowby pressing theF5key to start the show from the beginning.
