From the Search Attributes window, selectFile SizeandFile Extension.
Enter a document punch in like .pdf, .csv, .pages, etc.

To clear out cache files, you better navigate to the location where they are stored and delete them.
Cache files are created all the time during the normal operation of macOS.

pop in~/Library/Caches, and clickGo.
To prevent any possible issues, drag theCaches folderto your desktop temporarily before deleting anything.
If you experience problems, you could simply drag it back and delete one thing at a time.
