Lets talk about sunglasses.
Sun damage to your eyes is a very real thing, and we get some pretty intense sun year-round.
So, when offered the chance to review theLucyd Lyte Darkside sunglasses, I jumped at the opportunity.

Heres how that went.
Once I got it figured out, though, I was in business.
While I was working on that case, I did a charge on the glasses.

The power connection for this thing tells you a lot about it.
You have to connect one power cord to each arm of the frame.
To me, that means there are components in each arm but not in the faceplate.

They have Bluetooth 5.2 and connecting them to my iPhone was a simple tap of a button.
The voice is gentle and feminine.
Believe it or not, thats the hardest part of using these glasses.

They really are fairly intuitive.
As for actually wearing them, they take a minute to get used to.
The arms a little thicker than regular sunglasses, but not uncomfortably so.

I never really got used to it, but thats part of having smart glasses, I think.
There has to be some way to control them.
The Controls
That brings us to the controls.
As I mentioned, there is a tiny button on each arm of the glasses.
And with a 12-hour use time, they should last through most of your adventures.
(Siri needs a raise.
I use it for everything.)
Audio quality on your end is good, too.
I wear glasses, so sunglasses are tough for me.
you might order these directly from Lucyd with your prescription in place, so no compromises needed.
