How to Set Up the Presentation
fire up the PowerPoint presentation you want to loop continuously.
SelectSet Up Slide Show.
The Set Up Show dialog box opens.
SelectBrowsed at a Kiosk (Full Screen).
This enables the presentation to loop continuously until the viewer pressesEsc.
PowerPoint for Mac does not have the rehearsal option.
Go to the first slide of the presentation.
The slideshow starts and records the time spent on the slide.
The time appears in theSlide Timebox on the Recording toolbar.
SelectNexton the Recording toolbarwhen you want to move to the next slide.
SelectPauseany time you want to pause or resume recording.
SelectRepeatif you want to restart the recording time for the current slide only.
SelectClosewhen you’re done recording.
You’ll be asked if you want to save the new slide timings.
SelectYesto save the slide timings at the end of the presentation.
