The available layouts can hold apps of different sizes and allow you to see them all at once.
Here’s how to use the Snap feature in Windows 11.
Hover the mouse over theMaximizebutton in an app window to display snap layouts.
Alternatively, use theWin+Zkeyboard shortcut.
Alternatively, press theWindows keyand one of thearrow keysto quickly move a window around the screen.
Select a layout from the snap pane.
You’ll see four or six, depending on the screen size.
The open window immediately moves into the chosen position.

grab the app thumbnail to bring it to the top of other apps.
The options are self-explanatory, and you might select or deselect them to fine-tune the way layouts behave.
By default, all the options are enabled.
Go toSettings>System>Multitasking>Snap windows.
Select or deselect the checkboxes.
To disable snap layouts, use the toggle switch at the top of this screen.
Tochange your keyboard language, go toSettings>Time & language>Language & region>Add a language.
To switch between keyboard layouts, press theWindows key+Spacebar.
