How to Add New Text in Publisher

you could also add new text boxes to your publication.

From the page you want to add text to, go toInsert>Draw Text Box.

Publisher Greeting Cards templates

The cursor will change to a cross/plus sign.

Select and drag anywhere on the page to draw a text box.

After releasing the mouse button, the text box will become editable so you could throw in into it.

Publisher Birthday templates

To resize it, select and drag one of the handles on the corner or edge of the box.

Select a non-boxed edge to drag the text box elsewhere.

When youre done customizing your text, select an area outside the text box to exit it.

Select theHometab if its not already active, and then choosePictures.

Select one of the options for where you want to import an image from.

We’ll useBingin this example, so we’ll snag the text box next toBing Image Search.

Select one or more images that you want to use, and then chooseInsert.

How to Print Your Publication

Printing is easy.

Go toFile>Print, or use theCtrl+Pkeyboard shortcut.

Select a printer from thePrintermenu.

Adjust the options if you wish, like the folding method or paper size, and then selectPrint.

ChooseBrowseto manually locate the folder you want to save it to.
