To use a new signature for replies and forwards in Outlook,create the email signaturebefore you begin.

In theOutlook Optionsdialog box, select theMailtab.

In theCompose messagessection, selectSignatures.

In theSignatures and Stationerydialog box, select theReplies/forwardsdrop-down arrow.

Choose the signature you want to add to messages you reply to or forward to other recipients.

SelectOKto apply the changes and close theSignatures and Stationerydialog box.

Instead, you’ve got the option to opt to add a signature manually as needed.

SelectSignatureand then chooseSignaturesfrom the drop-down list.

Select your signature in theSelect Signature to Editbox.

If you have more than one signature, select any of the signatures listed.

The signature appears in your reply or forwarded message.
