Here’s how to turn them back on.
Getting too many notifications?
You canturn them off easily.
On your profile page, tap thehamburger menuin the upper-right corner.
TapSettingsin the slide-out menu that appears.
On theSettingsscreen, tapNotifications.
First ensure that thePause Alloption is turned off (gray).
If it’s on, you won’t receive any notifications for the time-frame you specified.
TapPosts, Stories and Comments.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tapAdditional options in system controls.
Turn on theAll Instagram notificationstoggle by tapping it.
Scroll through the list of available options to individually control which notifications you want to receive.
This lets you determine what you want to see from each individual user you’re connected to.
pop pop the Instagram app and tap the search icon in the bottom navigation bar.
choose the correct profile from the search results to go to that profile page.
Tap the bell icon in the top-right of the screen.
Changing your notification preferences applies only to the machine where you change them.
Open Instagram in your web web client and then click yourProfileicon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
ChooseSettingsin the menu that appears.
This is where it’s possible for you to control the email notifications you receive.
To get there, click your profile picture and thenSettings>Email and SMS.
Here you might select or deselect any email options you prefer.
