Then, move theContent & Privacy Restrictionsslider toon/green.
Set a restrictionspasscode, which is a 4-digit code that locks these parameters.
If they know your passcode, they can re-enable in-app purchases.
Enter the passcode twice to set it.
TapiTunes & App Store Purchases>In-app Purchases>Don’t Allow.
As long as this setting is enabled, it’s impossible to make in-app purchases on this iPhone.

Just stick to this:
Open theApp Storeapp and tap your photo or icon in the top right corner.
Tap [your name] at the top of the screen.
input your password, or authenticate usingTouch IDorFace ID, if prompted.
Scroll through the list of purchases.
In-app purchases are labeledIn-App Purchase.
Tap a purchase to get more information.
Under theAccountmenu, clickView My Accountand enter the password for your Apple Account.
In thePurchase Historysection, clickSee All.
Review the recent purchases for ones that look suspicious or unfamiliar.
