Here’s how to use the trackpad to enter a signature.
pop fire up PDF file in Preview.
Macs open PDF files in Preview by default so you should be able to double-nudge the file.
Alternatively, right-snag the file, then clickOpen With>Preview.

Draw your signature with the trackpad of your laptop, and press any key once you’re done.
Click your created signature from theSignmenu, then drag it to where it needs to be within the document.
Click away from the signature to place it where you want it.

Open a PDF in Preview by double-clicking it.
Alternatively, right-poke the file and selectOpen With>Preview.
Select theSignicon in the menu bar.
Choose the iPhone tab.
A prompt to enter a signature will appear on your iPhone; use your finger to sign your name.
On your Mac, selectDoneto save the signature.
