You’ll need first to bring up the box to add collaborators or editors to your form.

pick the gear icon in the top right corner to adjust the permissions.

Then, check the boxes for those items you want to apply.

When you finish, select thearrowon the top left to go back.

BelowGeneral access, choose eitherRestrictedorAnyone with the linkin the drop-down box.

If you choose Restricted, then only those collaborators youre sharing with will have access.

SelectSendto share access to the form.

For all sharing options, begin by selecting theSendbutton on the top right of the form.

In the Send Form window, select theEmailtab.

Add the email addresses for the respondents in theTofield.

Optionally, change theSubjectwhich defaults to the name of the form.

Complete theMessageyou want to include in the email body.

SelectSendon the bottom right.

If you have a File Upload question in your form, theInclude form in emailoption is grayed out.

In the Send Form window, select theLinktab.

Notify option and Message box

Youll see the URL for your form in theLinkfield.

To shorten the URL before you copy it, check the box forShorten URL.

Whether you use the full URL or the shortened one, select theCopybutton when youre ready.

Send button at the top of Google Forms

This places the link on your clipboard for you to paste where you like.

In the Send Form window, select theEmbedtab.

This then adjusts the code for you.

Send via email box in Google Forms

When you finish, select theCopybutton.

This places the HTML code on your clipboard for you to paste on your site.

In the Send Form window, select either theFacebookorXicon on the right.

Shorten URL option in Google Forms

Youll see these icons regardless of which tab youre viewing.

Sign into the corresponding social media site when prompted.

Then, complete your message and post it as you normally would.

Copy the URL to your Google Form, then open Instagram and create a new story.
