This is the only way you’re free to manage or share your Outlook folders.

If so, here’s what it’s crucial that you do:
Open Outlook as you normally would.
Find the folder you’d like to share with someone.
Once located, right-poke the folder, then selectProperties
In the properties window, select thePermissionstab.
Consider keeping the invite email for the shared folder.
Just select theFoldertab, then selectOpen shared Calendar/Contacts/Journal/Notes/Tasks.
Choose which user you don’t want to share the folder with anymore, then selectRemove.
Open Outlook, right-nudge the folder you want to share, then selectProperties>Permissions.
