On your iPhone, openSettings>Notificationsand turn notifications on for your desired apps.

SelectNotifications, then toggle each notification category you want to turn on.
Notifications will only be sent from the default app for each category.
Navigate toAccount>Your gear>Syncand selectSync Nowto apply your updated parameters to your Fitbit tracker.
Your phone must also be runningAndroid 5.0 Lollipop or above.

SelectDon’t show notifications at allif it’s selected to turn the option off.
OpenSettings>Apps & notifications>See all apps.
Choose the app you wish to check and selectNotifications.
To turn on notifications, choose the toggle forShow notifications.

What Are Fitbit Notifications?
The notifications feature does not relate to the Fitbit app’s notifications on your smartphone.
It’s a separate feature that mirrors some of your smartphone’s notifications on your Fitbit gadget.
Resetting your Fitbitinvolves slightly different steps depending on the make and model of your tracker.
Both the Flex and the Charge have to be reset manually while connected to their charging cables.
Other Fitbits are reset via phone tweaks and removing the tracker from your Fitbit account.
