How to Set Up Email Signatures in Mail for Windows 10

Instructions apply exclusively to the Mail app for Windows 10.

To change the default signature appended to emails:

Open Mail for Windows.

Typemailin the Windows 10 search box and pressEnterto open Mail for Windows 10 quickly.
