Gmail can send files up to 25 MB large.

Select theAttach Filespaperclip icon on the message window.

An Open dialog box opens.

choose the file or files you want to send and chooseOpen.

The file or files are attached to the email message.

Select theAttach Filespaperclip again if you want to add more files from another location.

Send the email when you’re ready.

Choose theGoogle Driveicon on the message window to insert files using Google Drive.

Any files stored in Google Drive can be sent as links.

Send the message whenever you’re ready.

Dragthe file or files to the area that lights up with the message.

If you don’t see such an area, your online window doesn’t support drag-and-drop attachments.

The file is attached to the message.

Send the email whenever you’re ready.

To remove those, just snag the item and chooseRemove.
