What to Know
There are multiple ways to save a picture on a Mac computer.
Alternatively, hold downControlandthen opt for photo to open a drop-down menu.
SelectSave image asin the menu.
Select a download location and clickSave.
Sign in to Gmail.com and selectInboxto see all your incoming emails.
A red icon with triangles indicates an image is attached to an mail.
OpenApple Mailand choose the message containing one or more photos.
Hover your mouse on the horizontal line just under the header information to bring up an action bar.
Select thepaperclipon the action bar to open a drop-down menu.
Select individual photos to save orSave Allfor multiple photos.
you could also opt to export them to your Photos app.
Select a location for the saved photos and clickSaveto confirm the download.
If you use Outlook on Mac, the steps are similar to Apple’s Mail app.
In an email, you’ll see a photo attachment icon.
ClickDownload Allif there are multiple pictures or tap the arrow next to a specific attachment, then clickSave As.
