To use the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Watch parameters > General > Reset > Reset.
Start by turning the watch off.
To do this, press-and-hold thePower/Homekey and theBackkey together untilRebootingappears on the screen.
Quickly press theHomekey over and over, until theSelect Reboot Modemenu appears.
Using theHomekey, navigate down the list to selectRecovery.
Press and hold theHomekey to reboot and start the recovery process.
A reset is very different from a restart.
Another menu will appear if you have a Galaxy Watch 4 or newer.
Swipe down to selectWipe data/factory reset,then swipe right to perform the reset.
Once the reset is complete, swipe right again to reboot the watch.
