How to Reset a Sonos Beam

This process is similar across all of Sonos' products.

Wait a full 10 seconds as your speaker completely discharges.

Plug your Sonos Beam back in and give the gadget a minute or so to fully power back on.

Hold down theJoinbutton while reconnecting your Sonos to power.

Continue holding theJoinbutton until the Sonos' LED begins flashing orange and white.

FAQ

Unplug the Sonos speaker and then press and hold thePlay/Pausebutton while plugging it back in.

Keep holding the button as it flashes amber and white.

When it flashes green, the reset is complete.
