After signing into your Amazon account, hover over Accounts & Lists,then clickAccountin the drop down menu.
Under Your Account, clickDigital Services and gear Support.
In this section, clickManage devices.
Select which tablet you want to be free of ads.
Scroll down until you reach a box that readsSpecial Offers.
Click theEnd Offers and Pay the Feebutton.
Open theSettingsapp on on your Fire tablet.
TapApps & Notificationsin this menu.
In App & Notifications.
tapAmazon App parameters
Scroll down and tapHome Screensin this new window.
Under Home Screens, toggle offRecommendations
Then toggle offContinue and Recommended Row.
After that’s done, you will see the Fire tablet Home screen free of any ads.
Open up theSettingsapp and tapDisplay.
In the Display section, tapWallpaper.
you could scroll left to right as you look for the one you like best.
Select a background and tapSet.
Here you’ve got the option to scroll through the images you have on your Amazon Photos account.
Tap one and it will take you to the main page where you might adjust the image.
When done, tapSet.
And now you have an Amazon Fire tablet with a custom wallpaper.
Amazon makes you pay back any discount you received on your tablet when you agreed to see ads.
The cost to remove them later will be around $15 to $20.
