You’ll see any posts deleted via Activity Log within the past 30 days.

Tap a post you want to recover and then tapRestore.
The post has been restored to your timeline.
you might try locating the original content by using Facebook’s search feature or conducting a Google search.
Run a search in your email account using keywords from the post’s text.
If you might’t recall any specific text, search forFacebookto find relevant emails.
If you’re on Android and have set up Notification History, you might browse through past app notifications.
The Facebook post might still live there.
Ask your friends to search their inbox for the deleted post you’re looking for.
How to Find Deleted Facebook Messages
Conversations and individual messages you delete in Messenger are gone forever.
However, you may have really just archived the messages, making themmuch easier to recover.
Ask them to search for the message and send you a copy via a screenshot or copy-and-paste.
