Begin by opening the print window.

On the ribbon, selectFile.

Alternatively, from theHometab, use the keyboard shortcutCTRL+P.

By default, Word is set to print an entire document.

Change the tweaks, if needed.

Highlight the text you want to print.

Select thePagedrop-down arrow and choosePrint Selection.

Select thePrinterdrop-down arrow, choose your printer, then selectPrint.

Display the page you want to print, then selectFile>Print.

On thePrintscreen, select thePagedrop-down arrow and choosePrint Current Page.

For example, to print pages 2 through 10, type2-10.

To specify entire sections, enterSectionNumber.
