Start by going tothe Sony Entertainment web link Sign-In page.

link and it will take you to a set of options.

Once the email arrives, pick the link and change your password on the website.

Only a family manager can change the password on a system.

On the main screen, select theSettingsicon on the far right of the main menu.

SelectAccount Management, then chooseSign In.

Press theTrianglebutton on the controller and you’ll be prompted to provide the email address for your account.

Complete the verification process by following the link and entering a new password.

Return to theAccount Managementscreen, selectSign In, and slide in your new password.
