Instructions apply to Windows 10. you’ve got the option to also easilyadd and remove the Quick Launch Toolbar.

The simplest way to move the taskbar is to click and drag it.

In theTaskbar Settingswindow, set theTaskbar location on screentoLeft,Top,Right, orBottom.

It’s also possible tolock the Windows taskbar in place.

If you are unable to move the taskbar, then you’re gonna wanna unlock it.
