Minecraft shaders arent tested or approved by Microsoft.
So, its important to only download files from third-party websites that have earned a good reputation among players.
For our example, I will use theWinterCraft shader(which I got frommcpedl).

Heres how to add shaders to Minecraft.
The shader file should immediately begin to download.
If you instead go to a different site, dont click any banners or ads.
Only poke the secondary download link.
hit the file once the download is finished.
Many web browsers will display the downloaded file at the bottom of the screen.
If yours doesnt, you will need to find it in your browsers designatedDownloads folder.
Minecraft will automatically open and begin the import process.
This should only take a few seconds.

You dont need to import a MCPACK shader file more than once.
Once the shader is installed, here’s how to them.
With Minecraft open on your PC, clickPlay.

ClickMy Packs, then hit the name of the shader pack you want to add to your new world.
ClickActiveto check that the Minecraft shader has been added to your world.
Change any options you want to adjust, then clickCreate.

Your new Minecraft world will now load with your shader enabled.
