You are unable to stream anything until Netflix pins down and fixes the problem.

start your streaming machine.
This option may be hidden in a menu.
After you shut down your streaming rig, unplug it from power.
Leave the rig unplugged for about a minute and plug it back in.
In most cases, a minute is a sufficient amount of time for the gear to fully power down.
In those cases, turn your television off and then unplug the streaming rig.
This effectively power cycles the unit.
Sign out of Netflix on the gear showing the error.
This may clear out corrupted data or cache files when you sign back in.
There’s also aglobal option to bail out of all your devices at once.
After logging out of Netflix, end the app, start it back up, and sign back in.
In many cases, this fixes error code UI-113, and it’s possible for you to stream again.
Sometimes, simply signing out of the Netflix app isn’t enough.
Some Netflix apps allow you to reset the cache or reset local data, which you should try first.
Otherwise, you better delete the app and reinstall it.
Restart the data pipe hardware.
Restarting your home web link requires you to have access to both your modem and router.
Improve the quality of your internet connection.
It can also show up when the Netflix service itself is down.
If the video quality seems off even after changing prefs, there might be abuffering issue.
