Check for a System Update.

Turn off HDMI-CEC in the menu.

power cycle your TV.

Unplug your TV and let it remain unplugged for several minutes.

After a short while, try plugging it in again.

These can sometimes cause issues with the TV and removing them may resolve any problems.

Sometimes the TV registers the app as you still using the TV and may turn it back on.

Reset the TV completely.

This can be done one of two ways.

you better hold it down for at least 15 seconds to complete the process.

The TV will reboot once it has completed the process.

Unofficially, however, it does appear to be tied to some kind of driver update.

If nothing works, your TV might have a faulty power supply and require assistance from Hisense support.

Or, use the power adapter to plug the unit into a wall outlet instead.
