Why Is My Roku Not Connecting to Wi-Fi or the Internet?
The Roku user interface is the same across all devices.
Press theHomebutton on your remote and scroll down toSettings.
SelectSettings>Networkto focus on the data pipe page.
Reference the connection details on theAboutpage.
Look for any issues with the status, connection key in, signal strength, and download speeds.
If this information isn’t available, your Roku isn’t connected to the internet.
If you aren’t connected, skip to the next section about reconnecting your Roku to the internet.
Scroll down toCheck connectionand then selectOKto start the test.
Here’s how to reconnect:
PressHomeon the Roku the remote > selectSettings.
Scroll down toSet Up Connection > Wirelessand pressOK.
The system will perform a wireless scan for nearby networks.
When its done, you will see a list of available networks nearby.
Look for your web link in the list and pressOK.
Enter the password for your wireless web connection, then scroll down toConnectand pressOKon the remote.
If your password is correct the system will begin connecting.

Roku TVs do not include an option in parameters to restart the system.
