Disney Plus requires a high speed internet connection to function.
If possible, check your connection using the same gear where you saw the fault signal.
If you’re connected toWi-Fi, try moving your router or your streaming rig to achieve a stronger connection.
Try switching yourWi-Fi channelto one that isn’t congested with other wireless traffic.
Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
Power cycle your online grid hardware and streaming gadget.
Contact Disney Plus customer service to let them know about the outage so they can fix it.
If that doesn’t work, there may be an issue with connecting to your account.
To fix this, simply bounce and log back in.
After you log back in, the service should start working again.
However, Disney doesn’t always own the streaming rights to their own content.
Before you give up, check theDisney Plus list of compatible devicesto verify yours is on the list.
If it is, then check your internet connection speed to check that it’s fast enough.
It it is, then you might contact Disney Plus customer service to ask when they content will return.
In some cases, theDisney Plus service itself may be downaltogether.
When that happens, all you’re able to do is wait for it to come back up.
