Try placing your router up as high as possible, and keep it away from sources of interference.
Reboot your online grid hardware.
Lots of connection connectivity issues can be solved simply by rebooting components like the modem and router.
If you have access to your modem, router, and any other connection hardware, try rebooting everything.
Fully terminate the Discovery Plus app and restart it.
upgrade your app or web client.
If youre using the web player on a computer, check that the web web app is updated.
dump the app or surfing app cache.
If youre using the Discovery Plus app and your unit supports it, try clearing the app cache.
Reinstall the Discovery Plus app.
Completely delete it, download it again, and reinstall it.
Your equipment may need an update.
If youre using the web player, check for any available operating system updates.
Contact your internet service provider.
