Figure out what’s wrong with your Zoom mic

If using an external mic, examine the connecting cable, or check yourBluetoothsettings if using a wireless mic.

Zoom offers advanced tools to improve audio playback, but they can sometimes have the opposite effect.

If your microphone still isn’t working, you canjoin a Zoom meeting by phone.

If you dial into a conference, mute your box so that it doesn’t interfere with the audio.

On Windows, selectMuteor use theALT+Akeyboard shortcut.

On mobile, tap the screen >Mute.

On iOS devices, go toSettings>Privacy> turn onMicrophone.

Tofix your Zoom camera, first ensure it’s connected and powered on.
