The USB power source youre using may not be providing enough power.

Uninstall the problem app.

If that doesnt fix the problem, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

If that still doesnt work, the app may just be incompatible with your Fire TV Stick.

refresh your Fire TV Stick.

Factory reset the Fire TV Stick.

Choose Check for System Update, and then wait while the Amazon Fire TV Stick searches for available updates.

When the machine downloads an update, selectInstall System Update.

The Fire TV will automatically pair with the remote.

On the remote, pressHome>Play, and then follow the setup prompts.
