How to Make a Flowchart in Excel
There are several flowchart designs available in Excel.
The key is to look in the SmartArt Process category.

launch the Excel worksheet where you want to add a flowchart.
In theIllustrationsgroup, selectSmartArtto open theChoose a SmartArt Graphicdialog box.
ChooseProcessin the left pane.
opt for flowchart template you want to use.
A new basic flowchart appears on the spreadsheet.
To change the color, go toSmartArt Tools Designand selectChange Colors.
To add text to the shapes, select a shape, key in the text, then pressEnter.
Not all Add Shape options are available for all flowcharts.
To change the layout of the flowchart, go toSmartArt Tools Designand choose an option from theLayoutsgroup.
Save the worksheet when you are happy with the changes you’ve made.
grab the shape representing the step you want to delete, then pressDelete.
Or you could right-poke the shape and selectDeletefrom the drop-down menu.
