Open theStartmenu and search forReset.
Select theReset this PCsearch result.
SelectReset PCif you’re using Windows 11.
Windows 10 users need to chooseGet started.
After this, you’ll be left at your desktop with a completely clean computer.
Press and hold thepower buttonfor at least 10 seconds until the laptop powers off.
Simultaneously press and hold thepower buttonand0 (zero) keyto boot up the laptop.
Release the 0 key when the laptop starts beeping.
SelectYesto opt forSystem Recovery, then selectRecovery of Factory Default Software>Next.
Then, selectRecover to Out-of-Box State>Nextto start the process.
Press thepower button, then press and hold the0 (zero) keyuntil you see aRecovery Warningmessage.
If prompted, grab the operating system.
Then, snag the recovery process you want, such asRecovery of Factory Software, and follow the prompts.
When you’re on the login screen, press thepower buttonandShift keyat the same time.
Then, selectTroubleshoot>Reset This PC.
