The steps are identical no matter what program you use:

Right-clickortap-and-holdwithin the body of the message.

Choose thePasteoption to insert the URL into the email.

Send the email as usual.

PressOKto link the URL to the text.

Most email clients let you share links through a similar option calledLinkorInsert Link.

Microsoft Outlook, for example, lets you email URLs from theInserttab, via theLinkoption in theLinkssection.
