How to Compress a Folder

A zipped orcompressed fileis smaller in size than its original version.

Combining several files into one compressed folder makes it easier to send as an email attachment.

Windows makes creating a zipped file super simple.

Locate the folder you want to compress.

Right-click it, then go toSend to>Compressed (zipped) folder.

Wait while a new folder is created in the same location as the original folder.
