Why Delete Chrome Bookmarks?
Chrome bookmarks are easy to create, either intentionally or accidentally.

When that happens, it’s a good idea to remove the bookmark to avoid clutter immediately.
If you’re ready for a fresh start, remove all your bookmarks in one fell swoop.
When the page opens, click or press thesolidstarat the right end of the URL bar.
The star is solid on a bookmarked web page.
If the star is hollow instead of solid, the page isn’t bookmarked.
In that case, clicking the star bookmarks the web page.
ClickRemovein the drop-down menu to delete the bookmark to the web page.
Here’s how:
Open Chrome and enterchrome://bookmarks/in the URL field.
Locate the bookmark you want to delete.
Click or tap the(three dots) icon to the right of the bookmark you want to delete.
you could also right-hit the bookmark and delete it instead of clicking theicon.
Click or tapDeletein the pop-up menu.
Repeat this process for each additional bookmark you want to delete.
They should all be highlighted.
This process can’t be undone.
Open theChromeapp on your mobile rig.
Tap thethree-dot iconto open a menu.
Delete a single bookmarks by swiping to the left on it and tappingDelete.
To delete multiple bookmarks, tapEditand tap each one you want to delete.
Select thethree dotsordown arrowto the right of a bookmark and clickEdit.
On an iPhone, touch and hold the bookmark and tapEdit Bookmark.
On Android, tapMore>Editnext to a bookmark.
To hide the bookmark bar in Chrome, use theCommand+Shift+Bkeyboard shortcut on macOS orCtrl+Shift+Bon a Windows computer.
Use the same keyboard shortcut to show the bookmark bar again.
