Using Crop to Shape

Step 1: Open thePowerPoint presentationthat contains the image you want to convert.

Orinsert the imagein a PowerPoint slide.

Step 2:APicture Format tabshould show up at the top.

If it does not, double-smack the picture once.

Step 3: In the Picture Format tab, click theCropbutton at the right end of the ribbon.

Step 4:SelectCrop to Shape.

A menu will show up with a variety of shapes to choose from.

Select acircle or oval shapefrom the list.

If not, follow the instructions to convert it into a circle.

Step 5:Click thesmall arrowunder the Crop icon again.

Step 6:Now,move the desired portionof the image into the circle.

Step 1:Open thePowerPointpresentation.

Step 2: ClickShapesand choose acircle shapefrom the list.

Step 3:Draw a circleon your slide using the mouse.

Step 1: In yourPowerPoint presentation, clickone of the imagesto select it.

Next, press and hold theCtrl buttonandselect other picturesby clicking on them.

Step 2:Now, click thePicture Layoutoption in the Picture Format menu at the top.

Select thecircular shapelayout from the list

Step 3:Your selected pictures will be turned into a circle shape.

To fix that,double-clickthe circular picture and clickConvertin the SmartArt Design toolbar and selectConvert to shape.

opt for desired color and border style from the available options.

Right-grab the picture and select Format Picture from the menu.

Go to the Image tab in the right panel and select Crop.

Enter the size according to which you want to crop the image.
