Choose where the PDF should be saved, and then selectPublish.
Go toFile>Save Asto open a pop-up box for saving the Excel document.
Next toFile Format,at the bottom of that window, choosePDF.

Sheets is Google’s online spreadsheet creator and editor.
Go toFile>Download>PDF (.pdf)to see a preview of the document as a PDF.

Open Excel Viewer and grab the Excel file you want to convert to PDF.
Use the button at the upper left-hand side of the program to selectPrint.
Change the printer from the drop-down menu next toNameto be the PDF printer you installed.
In our example, we can chooseFoxit Reader PDF Printerfrom the drop-down menu.
