How to Email Snapchat Support

If the app isn’t working right,update Snapchat.
Tap yourprofile/Bitmojiicon in the top left corner.
Tap thegearicon in the top right corner.
Scroll down to theSupportsection and chooseI Need Help.
Review the list of issues and tap the one that corresponds most with what you’re experiencing.
Read the instructions that appear.
This is Snapchat’s attempt at having you fix the problem yourself.
If you still need help, tapYESbelow the directions.
This means it’s not an appropriate issue for customer service to help you with.
Fill out the form with your information.
If you have an X account,visit @SnapchatSupportand select themessage iconto describe the problem.
When Will Snapchat Support Reply?
There’s also no guarantee that youwillhear back.
Unfortunately, all you’re free to really do is sit tight and wait it out.
The one exception is if you message Snapchat on X.
In some cases, you could get a reply in as little as a few minutes.
Go to theSnapchat Accounts pageand sign on.
input your login information and selectDelete account.
You’ll see a message that your account is being deactivated in 30 days.
You canchange your Snapchat usernameone time each year.
Open thesettingsin the app and then tapUsername.
Erase the current username and write a new one.
TapChange Usernameand then slide in your password to submit the edit.
To use your Public Profile, open your profile page and tapMy Public Profile>Okay.
From there, you’re able to add a picture, fill out your bio, and more.
