This is handy because Outlook can become slow when its folders accumulate large emails and attachments.

In Outlook 2019, selectProperties.
TheFolder Sizedialog box shows the size of the folder and its subfolders in kilobytes.
If you use Outlook 2007:
SelectTools>Mailbox Cleanup.
SelectClose(two times) to exit the mailbox size view again.
Outlook can evendo the archiving automatically.
In theOptionsgroup, selectSearch Tools>Advanced Find.
In theAdvanced Finddialog box, select theLookdropdown arrow and chooseMessages.
choose the check box next to the folders you want to search, and select theSearch subfolderscheck box.
In theAdvanced Finddialog box, go to theMore Choicestab.
Double-click a message to open it and deal with it as you see fit.
Or, selectDeletein the search results to delete any message right away.
