SelectView all Outlook prefs.
In theSettingsdialog box, selectMail>Sync email.
TheManage your connected accountssection lists your synced email accounts.
Select theSet default From addressdropdown arrow.
Use one of these connected accounts or a different email address as your defaultFromaddress.
Choose the account you want to use by default in theFromfield when you send new emails.
SelectSave, then close theSettingsdialog box.
New emails that you send will now show the name you configured as the default account on theFromline.
Select theFrombutton and then pick the contact name.
Compose the message and send it.
Enter yourDisplay name,email address, andpasswordfor the account.
Select where the imported email will be stored.
In theSettingsdialog box, selectSave.
Then, close theSettingsdialog box.
